Simple changes in the basis weight of Kraft paper, honeycomb thickness, cell size and resin content make a wide range of grades possible.

Thickness' available: from .4" to 5" (in increments of .005").

Cell sizes available: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2".

Phenolic resins can be used to further enhance strength and help resist moisture, fungus, insects, and vermin.

Honeycomb sandwich panels can be cut with a knife, hand saw or power saw.

Sandwich panels provide excellent thermal and acoustical insulation when faced with appropriate materials.

Offers the highest strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios of any lightweight sandwich core material.  Sandwich panels can be used to replace fiberglass, particleboard, foam-board, and plywood in many applications.
